Top 5 iOS Navigation and Maps Apps in Ireland, Q3 2025

During the third quarter of 2025, the top navigation and maps applications on the iOS platform in Ireland showed varied performance trends, as reported by Sensor Tower.

Waze Navigation & Live Traffic maintained consistent weekly downloads, starting with around 2.5K and peaking at 3.4K in early August. Active users fluctuated, starting at 76.6K and experiencing an upward trend towards the end of the quarter, reaching approximately 83.9K.

Google Maps showed a slight decline in weekly downloads, beginning at 3.1K and decreasing to about 2.2K by the end of September. Active users remained relatively stable, hovering around 500K throughout the quarter. Revenue was minimal, with a small peak of $62 in early September.

TFI Live experienced a steady increase in downloads, rising from 2.5K to a high of 3.5K in mid-September. Active users mirrored this growth, starting at 195K and reaching 276K by late September.

Google Earth had relatively stable download numbers, starting at 1.2K and ending the quarter with similar numbers. Active users showed a slight increase, from 19.5K to over 20K by the end of the quarter.

SmoothSwing saw a decrease in weekly downloads from 356 to 99 by the end of September. Revenue and active users followed a similar trend, with revenue peaking at $99 in early September before dropping to zero, and active users declining from 1.7K to 1.6K.
